黄荣忠，男，1983年01月出生，汉族，福建人，研究生学历，博士，研究员；爱体育「中国」官方网站附属第二医院精准医学中心主任，博士生导师。黄荣忠研究员聚焦于血管的功能与机制研究，取得了一系列原创成果，相关研究以通讯（含共同）作者发表在PNAS、Journal of controlled release、Advanced science、Ebiomedicine等国际权威杂志上。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金2项：主编科学出版社专著一部，获得省级科技进步一等奖1项，二等级1项。
